Update for Google+ on Android 4.4 devices!
If you use G+ on your KitKat devices you’re probably excited for the new update.
The new update brings a new layout and design which many(not all) holo lovers have lashed out at. I, on the other hand, like the new layout. I find it to be less bulky,more pleasing to the eye, and overall quicker to navigate.
The new layout has a red theme (Would be nice if we could customize the general color). The top left has your avatar, which when clicked, brings you to your profile posts.
Next to your profile avatar is your name, which when clicked, brings down drop down menu for your pages and/or other profiles you may have.
Continuing on, you’re brought to a “peoples” icon which brings up the usual social media “Who you may know!” page where you can add people who’re likely in the circles of others in your circle, into your circle… circle
To the right of that, the classic notification bell, which – well – shows you notifications!
With this update comes “Auto Stories” which is a system that takes the photos you’ve taken (and uploaded, or have auto backup on) into a type of story to remember. I currently do not have any screens to show you of said new auto-awesome, but once I do I’ll be sure to add them.
