Checking and Savings
Ok, so one of my biggest questions when first joined Simple was, “How do I create a savings account?”. Well it turns out that each Goal you create with. Simple ends up being a mini savings account.
You can only spend money that is explicitly in the Safe To Spend category; however, you can move money back and forth between goals. It’s pretty neat. On top of that though, you can have money automatically pour into your Goals daily. So it saves for you without having to move the money yourself!
Too much money being saved? No worries, you can pause goals and also extend deadlines on them so less money is moved into them daily.
It took me a while to understand the concept, but I’m really loving it and it has easily become my favorite feature.
